Calanques November 2022

This month saw us working in the Calanques with the army medical services, teaching basic climbing skills, on a rock climbing foundation course. Culminating with the students doing their first sport climb leads.

Amazing and beautiful national park just south of Marseille, wonderful climbing, if a little polished in places. The students did really well, lots of new skills and techniques learnt, and loads of mileage on the rock. Definitely go back in the future to explore some of the bigger climbs up in the hills and on the coast.
